E.R.P.S. members examine a static test stand at F.A.R. in the Mojave Desert.
About a half dozen E.R.P.S. members made the trip out to Mojave to check out the Friends of Amateur Rocketry site and get to know the regular crew there. Among the goals of the trip was to examine their static test stands and launch rails for use in testing and flying the hydrogen peroxide monopropellant KISS vehicle. The folks at the site were welcoming and patient with our many questions. We saw some of the activity there are checked out the facilities. Interesting place.
