[18 Nov 2023] SpaceX Performs Starship IFT-2

Well … they did it!

All 33 Raptor engines fired for the full duration!

And some stunning shots of the “hot-stage” seperation.

So … the SH seemed to have negative g’s for a bit after Starship ignition, and that seems to have messed with propellent flow, which meant that some engines didn’t for for the Boost Back Burn, so it went off course and was FTS’ed.

Starship continued on, almost making it’s desired trajectory before signal was lost.

But … the OLM came through with flying colours instead of flying concrete this time!
